Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, using the service or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Felania for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it; “you” then includes that organization. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live.
Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate information, protect your password, device tokens and API credentials, and promptly revoke compromised credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate workspace roles. Notify us through Support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace owners control membership, connected devices, integrations and billing. If you join a workspace, its owner may access, modify or remove content and may terminate your access.
The service
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Felania grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service during your subscription for your internal business or development purposes. Documentation describes current supported behavior. Preview, demo or beta functions may change or be withdrawn and may be less reliable than generally available functions.
Your systems and content
You retain ownership of information, configurations, application definitions and other content you submit. You grant Felania the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to operate and secure the service.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to connect each device, deploy each image, collect device information and instruct each operation. You are responsible for your applications, container images, registry access, data, legal notices and compliance obligations.
Remote-operation risk
Deployments, restarts, removals, updates and other remote actions can cause downtime, data loss or device failure. Guardrails such as canaries, health checks and rollback reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. You are responsible for reviewing targets and commands, maintaining recoverable backups, testing releases and ensuring an independent recovery path for critical devices. Felania is not an emergency, safety or life-support system.
Acceptable use
You may not use Felania to:
- access or control systems without authorization;
- violate law, privacy, intellectual-property or contractual rights;
- distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities or facilitate attacks;
- circumvent account, plan, rate or security limits;
- interfere with the service or other users, including through abusive automated traffic;
- probe or test Felania security without written permission; or
- resell, sublicense or provide the service as a standalone competing service without written permission.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Trials, plans and payment
New workspaces may receive a 14-day, no-card trial for up to 10 devices. Trial availability may be limited to one per customer or organization. Paid subscriptions are billed in US dollars in advance on a recurring monthly basis, plus applicable taxes. Device capacity is determined by the selected plan. Current pricing is shown before checkout.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Stripe and Felania to charge the selected payment method at each renewal until cancellation. You are responsible for valid billing information. If payment fails, we may retry, limit features or suspend the workspace after reasonable notice.
Promotion codes are subject to their displayed eligibility, duration and expiry. They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless expressly permitted, or transferred for resale.
Plan changes and cancellation
You may manage an active subscription through the billing controls in the console. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise; access continues through that date. Plan changes and any prorated amount are displayed before confirmation. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains refund handling. Export any information you need before access ends.
Intellectual property and feedback
Felania and its licensors own the service, site, design, software and documentation, excluding your content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly without permission.
Third-party services
Felania may connect to Stripe, GitHub, registries, Telegram, webhooks or other services at your direction. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. You authorize us to exchange the information necessary to perform requested integrations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Felania useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and internet or device conditions may affect availability. We may modify the service or these Terms. If a material change reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Felania at any time and may cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal requirement or a credible risk to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felania is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that guardrails or rollback will prevent every outage or loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Felania’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Felania for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
General terms
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. These Terms, the policies linked here and any written order form are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior discussions.
Applicable law and forum depend on mandatory rules and the location from which Felania is operated; these Terms do not remove consumer protections that cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, please use Support so both sides can try to resolve it informally.
