Privacy,
without mystery.

This policy explains what Felania Studio (“Felania,” “we,” “us”) processes when you visit felania.com or use Felania Edge, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

01

Scope and roles

This policy covers the Felania website, console, APIs and device agent. If an organization gives you access to its Felania workspace, that organization controls the workspace content and decides who may access it. Felania processes that content to provide the service to the organization.

02

Information we collect

Account and workspace information

We process names, email addresses, password hashes, workspace and team membership, roles, authentication records and account preferences. We never store your plaintext password.

Fleet and service data

When you connect a device, the agent sends device identifiers and metadata, operating-system and agent details, IP addresses, heartbeat times, CPU, memory, disk, load, latency and uptime information. The service also stores releases, deployment status, alerts, allowlisted operation requests and bounded command or diagnostic output, audit records, configuration you submit, and integration settings.

Billing information

Our payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes payment method and billing details. Felania receives identifiers, plan, subscription status, invoices and limited transaction information needed to administer your subscription. We do not receive full payment-card numbers.

Support and website information

We process the details you send through our support form, including your email and message. To understand whether the website helps people reach a successful trial, our first-party analytics records a randomly generated pseudonymous visitor identifier, selected page and call-to-action events, campaign labels and the referring hostname. Analytics does not store your IP address, user-agent string, full referring URL or an advertising profile. Ordinary server and security logs may still record request times, browser or device type, IP address, requested pages, referring page and security events.

03

How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and authenticate accounts;
  • connect, monitor and operate devices at your direction;
  • deliver releases, alerts, APIs, audit history and other service functions;
  • process subscriptions and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions;
  • secure, troubleshoot, maintain and improve Felania;
  • respond to support and enforce our terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect users, Felania and the public.

Where law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where requested.

04

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, deliver communications or help protect the service. They may use the information only to perform services for us. Cloudflare operates our network edge, security and performance measurement and may process request, IP and browser-performance information as part of that role. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

If you enable GitHub, container registry, Telegram or webhook integrations, Felania exchanges the information necessary to perform the action you request with that provider or destination. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security threats, to protect legal rights, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets with appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not sell or rent personal information.

05

Cookies and local storage

Felania uses an essential authentication cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember console preferences. The public website stores a random analytics identifier for up to 90 days and campaign attribution for up to 30 days. Analytics is first-party, is not shared for advertising, and is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Clearing site data resets the identifier. Blocking essential storage may prevent the console from working.

06

Retention

Telemetry is normally retained for 30 days and pseudonymous website funnel events for 180 days. We retain account, subscription and workspace information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Audit, billing, fraud-prevention, security and backup records may remain longer where needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve and document the request. When deletion is appropriate, data may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate.

07

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including password hashing, access controls, encrypted transport and restricted secret handling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account, device and API tokens confidential, use unique passwords, grant the minimum necessary workspace role and revoke credentials you no longer need.

08

Your choices and rights

You may update many account and workspace details in the console. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Use the support form to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace before acting.

If your account is managed by an organization, direct workspace-data requests to that organization first. We will assist it as appropriate.

09

International use

Felania and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10

Children

Felania is a business and developer service and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account.

11

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date; material changes may also be communicated in the service. For privacy questions or requests, use our support page.
