Color Garden Privacy Policy

Scope and publisher

Felania publishes Color Garden. This policy describes Android versions 1.2.3 and 1.2.4, an offline flower-matching and garden-decorating game. It is separate from the policies for other Felania products.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your level progress, stars, flower fragments, plants, garden arrangements, unfinished rounds and preferences on your device so you can continue playing. Felania does not receive these saves. No sign-in or account creation is required.

Collection, sharing and advertising

This release does not automatically transmit game data or diagnostics to Felania. It does not include advertising, analytics or in-app billing SDKs. Ads, purchases, cloud backup and server events are unavailable in this release. The game does not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone. Optional vibration is used for game feedback. We do not sell your personal information.

Optional crash reports (1.2.4 and later)

Crash information is stored locally: device model, Android and app versions, recent navigation events, engine error logs and available Android process-exit traces. Native crash traces may contain technical process details. Reports do not attach your game save, account credentials or advertising identifiers. After restarting the game, you may choose Settings / Crash report / Share report and select a recipient using the Android share sheet. Nothing is uploaded automatically. If you send a report to [email protected], we use it only to diagnose and resolve the problem and delete it within 90 days after resolution. Sharing through another app is also subject to its policies. We retain at most three Android exit records from the past seven days and rotate recent navigation and engine logs; clearing app storage removes local diagnostics and your game save.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage using Android Settings or uninstall the game. Clearing storage permanently resets your progress. Device-level backup and restoration, if enabled by your operating system, are controlled by your device and Google settings. We cannot retrieve or remotely erase your local save.

Contact and website visits

If you voluntarily contact us, we use the email address and information you provide only to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes or payment-card details. Contact messages are deleted within 90 days after resolution unless a longer period is required by law or an unresolved dispute. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.

Opening this policy uses your external browser. The website and its hosting/security providers receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the page. This page sets no game tracking cookies and contains no advertising. Website infrastructure logs are separate from your game save and are not linked to game progress.

Audience and changes

Color Garden is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game. If a later release enables online services, purchases or advertising, we will update this policy and the store disclosures before enabling those features. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
